With this chakra you are working your connection with: the earthly, material, this physical world, the solid, the work, the survival.
The first chakra is the one that brings stability. If you have an incense : cedar is the one that represents it.
Its color is red (the color of greater vibrational slowness). Its sound is lam, if you have one of the stones that represent it, ruby, for example, you can hold it in your hand or sit on it.
Sit on a red cushion or a red cloth. From this state of stillness and delivery you put the audio and visualize above all things the color red.
You wrap yourself in a bright red rain or you can see yourself dancing in a red forest, surrounded perhaps by red mountains, under a red sky that turns in a clockwise direction.
You are cleaning this wheel of energy, you become that wheel of red light that comes out of your body and stays in front of you spinning without stopping.
You let go of your fears, your doubts: your negativity goes away in each turn.
Then when your intuition tells you that you are ready, you bring the wheel of light back to its place but this time she is turning counter clockwise.
You do it with happiness and the joy of having done something for you.
You will feel your body vibrate accompanied by the Lam mantra, which you can choose to repeat along with the audio.
Do this exercise and then move on to the next chakra.
Remember that activating one will help you activate the others even better as a chain reaction.
This chakra connects with the solid parts of your body, especially the bones and the large intestine (just the solid happens).
